Fees

$120 for 60 minute session.

Appointments are usually 60 minutes long. Include Individual, couples or families.  However, varying session lengths can be arranged as needed.

EMDR Extended Sessions : $160.00 (90 minute session). This session length is recommended for optimal processing and will likely result in fewer sessions overall to achieve Treatment Goals

Payment is accepted via cash, e-transfer or cheque (payable to: Rennie F Genaille) and is due at the time of the session. Receipts will be provided. If you are eligible to receive reimbursement for all or part of counselling services received from your extended health benefits plan, it is your responsibility to confirm the scope of this coverage prior to receiving services.

It is recognized that some individuals seeking services may be experiencing financial hardships; a sliding fee-scale is available and can be negotiated with RFGenaille during Initial visit.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation or Missed Appointment:

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, 24 hours' notice is required. Insufficient notice will result in a charge half the session's cost to the client.

Missed appointments, with no notice of cancellation will be billed.
